Raised in the landscaping trade
Simone started young, working in her father’s landscaping business, and stayed with it for many years. She learned early that a job isn’t finished until it’s done properly: edges trimmed, beds tidy and everything cleaned up afterwards.

How much will it cost?
Every home and yard is different, so Simone gives a free quote first. Sending a few photos through the quote form or WhatsApp is the fastest way to get one.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. It depends on the job, and access can be arranged with Simone when you book.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. If you’d rather Simone used your own products, for example because of allergies or sensitive surfaces, just say when you book.
What’s included in an end-of-lease clean?
Kitchen including the oven and inside cupboards, bathrooms and toilets, floors, skirting boards, spot-cleaning walls and inside windows. Basic carpet cleaning can be added. Some leases ask for a professional steam clean with a receipt, so check yours first.
Do you do holiday rental changeovers?
Yes. Cleans between guests for farm stays, cottages and short-stay rentals, worked around your check-out and check-in times.
Can you take the green waste away?
Yes, garden waste from the job can be taken away. Mention it when you book so it’s included in the quote.
Can you get my yard ready for fire season?
Yes. Mowing low around the house and sheds, raking up leaf litter and dead branches, and clearing dry material from garden beds near the house. For large paddocks or hazard reduction burns, contact the NSW RFS.
Is it OK if I have pets?
Of course. Let Simone know when you book. Dogs are best kept inside or secured while she’s mowing.
Can I book regular visits?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning or garden visits, booked into a regular slot.
